Was a bit disappointed to pay such a huge prize for shin pads that were actually made of synthetic leather. The gloves are original leather though. Another thing to bear in mind is that if you’re looking for a matching pair, then Fairtex is not brand to go for as both gloves and shin pads are different colours, even though they are sold as part of a set.
Very high quality shin guards feel great don’t slide and the glove are great hit the bag hard without pain
