We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Typically it takes 1-2 days to process the order and 3-5 days for the delivery from dispatch.

We stock some products in the UK and some in Bangkok. This allows us to offer a larger range of products.

It does also mean that in some cases you may be liable for import duties. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
